Heather is a litigation attorney with over 12 years of experience. Her prior experience includes practice in personal injury, civil rights, employment law, class action litigation and environmental law. She also has a background in criminal defense. While she has a diverse background working with a variety of individuals and companies, her real passion is working with Plaintiffs. She appreciates the challenge of taking on the largest corporations in order to protect her clients’ rights. Heather has earned millions in settlement funds over the course of her career for her clients. In addition to trial and arbitration experience, Heather has extensive experience in appellate work. Heather prides herself in her ability to creatively address her clients’ legal issues, and is not afraid to seek expansion of existing case law when the circumstances warrant such an extension.
Heather is a native of Michigan. She received her undergraduate in philosophy at Western Michigan University before moving to West Virginia to study law at West Virginia University, where she was on the moot court trial team and volunteered her time for the Family Law Legal Clinic. A longtime fan of the Pacific Northwest, Heather moved to Seattle in 2016.
When not working, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, spending time in the great outdoors, travelling and attending live music events. She is also a volunteer with the King County Legal Clinic.
