James S. Rogers is interviewed by the Everett Herald after another death in the Snohomish County Jail. The Law Offices of James S. Rogers represents the estate of Michael Saffioti, and his mother. Michael died in the Snohomish County jail in July, 2012, because his plea for medical attention for a severe allergic reaction was ignored. This is the tenth inmate death at the jail since 2010.
