The Law Offices of James S. Rogers has obtained settlements for three clients in cases related to the “Ride the Duck” litigation. In September 2015 a “Ride the Duck” boat suffered an axle failure causing it to cross into the opposite lane on the Aurora Bridge and strike a tour bus filled with college students. The crash killed five people and injured dozens more. The case was litigated in the King County Superior Court for nearly three years before it settled.
The Law Offices of James S. Rogers represented the Estate of a 38 year old Japanese woman who was killed in the crash as well as two other foreign exchange students.
