The Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ) released an updated version of the Motor Vehicle Litigation Deskbook this year. The two-volume book was one of the main topics at this year’s convention. Our attorneys, James Rogers and Heather Cover were among those attorneys that edited this year’s most recent version. The Motor Vehicle Litigation Deskbook is a comprehensive guide for plaintiff attorneys that includes guidelines, sample documents and forms for cases that pertain to different motor vehicle accidents. The deskbook is available to WSAJ members and can be purchased on the website.
